Monitors DQHD Millenium MD49 and Samsung CRG9 on offer

These monitors that we are going to talk about today are, by size and resolution, the equivalent of having two 27-inch monitors placed side by side. Of course, being a single monitor and not two, you will only need a power cable and a video cable to make them work and, above all, you will avoid having the edges of the monitors bothering in the middle of the image since it is a single screen.

Millenium MD49

This monitor has a diagonal of 49 inches and carries a resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels (literally equivalent to two 1440p monitors of 27 inches both in size and resolution) with a QLED VA matrix with 1800R curvature and an aspect ratio of 32: 9.

The screen is perfectly suitable for gaming, as it has a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a response time of just 4 ms; the Millenium MD49 carries HDR10 certification with a maximum brightness of 350 cd / m2 and a real contrast ratio of 3000 to 1. In addition, it is compatible with PiP and PbP technologies thanks to the fact that it has two HDMI 2.0 ports to connect the video input .

Finally, it should be mentioned that its base is not adjustable in height or in rotation, simply in inclination, although it is true that it is compatible with VESA 75 anchors to mount it on articulated arms or wall brackets. Note however that the monitor has dimensions without stand of 1198.5 x 375.6 x 158.5 mm and that it weighs 11 kilograms.

Samsung CRG9 (LC49RG90SSUXEN)

Samsung CRG9

Several times we have told you about this Samsung monitor, which in this case has been specifically designed for gaming. Like the previous one, it has a 49-inch diagonal with 1800R curvature and 32: 9 aspect ratio, with a resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels that is equivalent to two 1440p 27-flush monitors.

It also carries a QLED-VA matrix with 120 Hz maximum refresh rate and 4 ms GtG response time but in this case it is compatible with the AMD FreeSync 2 adaptive frequency technology. It also has HDR but in this case the screen is a lot brighter, reaching 600 cd / m2.

With this screen size, the base, as in the Millenium monitor, does not have ergonomic adjustments beyond being able to change its inclination, but like the previous one it is compatible with VESA arms, although in this case with a 100 × 100 anchor.
