Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless XT, high-end gaming headset

Corsair has equipped this new version of its top-of-the-range headphones with four different connection options, which maximizes its compatibility with virtually any audio source: PC, Mac, PS5, PS4 (wired or wireless), Xbox Series X and S (wired only), Nintendo Switch, mobile terminals, and more.

The Virtuoso RGB Wireless XT offers connections with technology 24-bit / 48KHz Slipstream Wireless to receive high-quality, latency-free signals up to 18 meters away, and with Bluetooth using the Qualcomm aptX HD codec for simultaneous dual wireless connections. Your wired connection USB offers high-fidelity 24-bit / 96KHz audio, while its 3.5 mm connector guarantees compatibility with a multitude of devices, all integrated into its controller that allows you to control the volume or activate the silence from the headphones themselves. In this way, the user will be able to change the audio source from PC to console, from cable to wireless or as they prefer easily and with everything integrated.

Thanks to its pair of neodymium magnet speakers from 50mm diameter and high-density that have been selected by hand among those that present an exceptional performance, the Virtuoso RGB Wireless XT offer a powerful sound and rich in nuances; They feature twice the frequency response of conventional gaming headsets, and with the addition of Dolby Atmos spatial audio, they allow players to be in-game without distraction, offering a fast, immersive experience that guarantees the best possible sound quality.

The Virtuoso RGB Wireless XT offers the same ergonomics as its predecessors but with greater comfort, as the premium memory foam ear cushions have been modified to be softer and the weight on its aluminum headband has been reduced. It incorporates a high-capacity lithium-ion battery to offer an autonomy of up to 15 hours on a single charge, aided in part by an accelerometer-based smart wake-up feature that detects when they’re not being used to automatically save power (this was already in the previous version).

At the moment the new Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless XT are only available in the manufacturer’s online store, and although they have just been announced for now, they are not available for purchase and they have not even revealed their price; However and taking into account the price of the original Virtuoso, it is quite likely that they are around the 200 euros.
